Cody was born and raised in Martinez, California. He attended high school in Martinez. He has worked at Ace Tire Co. He has received training for tires, suspension, race track set up and is starting on alignments. He is involved with Mark Schrader’s JACK Racing program.

Cody has worked with Mark on his spec motor modified car for Altamont Raceway. At the race track, he is responsible for tire preparation, lap timing, body work and fabrication, and overall chassis set up. Recently, Cody became a very proud first time father.
