Christal Campbell, Don’s sister, was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She now lives in Chico, CA. She is a graduate of Leigh High School. Also, she received an AA degree in Art from Butte College. She attended college at Chico State University, and is also a certified veterinary assistant.

Christal has worked mostly with animals and in the art field her entire life. She combined her interests to create two businesses, photography and pet sitting.

She has crewed for Campbell Racing since Don started racing. She has helped out on Don’s Camaro, Corvette, Viper & now the NASCAR Chevy Monte Carlo. Not only does she work on the crew, but she is also the team scorer and team photographer.

She loves all classic muscle cars; her favorite is a 1969 Mustang. Christal is a big fan of NASCAR - besides Don, Dale Earnhardt Jr. is her favorite driver.

Her hobbies include anything outdoors, fishing, long distance cycling, all types of music - favorite band is Aerosmith. She likes painting & photography, reptiles, San Jose Sharks, rodeo and cooking.
